Jerome’s job search expertise comes from experience. After 5 years of effective service with a fortune 100 company, Jerome was recently laid-off from his position along with 12,000 other employees. With the country in a recession, he realized it would take an unconventional strategy to find and secure a job quickly and the first step was to get interviews. In 30 days he was able to schedule over 10 interviews with potential employers and receive multiple job offers despite the highly competitive job market. His success was a direct result of the “Attract Jobs NOW” program he created. Understanding how it feels to be laid-off and unemployed, Jerome has devoted himself to helping professionals and students get job interviews and obtain job offers.

Jerome holds an M.B.A. from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and a B.A from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York. Jerome has been successful in scheduling job interviews and receiving offers since the age of 15 when he began working in corporate America. Throughout his career, Jerome has worked at some of the world’s most successful companies including Ernst & Young, Chubb Insurance Company, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, JPMorgan Chase Bank, The Boeing Company and Hewlett Packard to name a few. He's an expert at getting job interviews and offers during tough times.
