Platinum 12 Month Outplacement Package
12 months of career transition support consisting of:

  • Live seminars or webinars where displaced employees will be provided with a comprehensive job search strategy specifically created for today’s competitive job market. The presentation will include how to present themselves to employers to attract attention, how to create resumes and cover letters that stand out, how to turn their network into opportunities, a comprehensive strategy on how to use LinkedIn to shorten their search and more.
  • Up to 12 total hours of one-on-one telephone consultation time with a Job Search Consultant covering any aspect of the job search process where the displaced employee needs support including customizing resumes and cover letters for specific jobs of interest, internet job search techniques, interviewing, thank you letters and salary negotiations.
  • A resume written by a professional resume writer.
  • A LinkedIn profile created for them to highlight their skills.
  • A cover letter written to highlight the displaced employee's strengths.
  • Resume posting to 2 online career sites.
  • A Customized Salary Report for each displaced employee that determines their current market value based on the information they provide about their background, experience, companies of interest and positions of interest. The Customized Salary Report provides each displaced employee with a realistic estimate of potential compensation and enables them to effectively negotiate their salary with our help.
